The cost of the three-day workshop including facilitators and materials is covered by IASAS/ACPA. There are monies available for food during the summit.

Students who are accepted will need to pay for hotel accommodations, travel to Houston, Texas in the US, and transportation to and from the convention center (yet most hotels are in walking distance). Students in the past have worked with their universities to help pay the cost through student affairs and services and student government associations.

But the average cost of hotel for one night is $200. Once selected we can work on coordinating hotels rooms so 2-4 students can room together.
