OPENING EXERCISE:

One on One (The goal is to encourage participants to meet one another by using prompted questions. They switch conversation partners for each question.)
• Introduction to Leadership as “Influence”
• Characteristics of a “Leader” from a Global Perspective
• Review of How You are Influenced Your Story Impacts Your Leadership
INTERACTIVE EXERCISE:
Find Someone Who (Participants fill out an exercise by learning about one another’s traits and history in a fun way.)
• Discussion of Why Knowing Someone’s Story is Valuable in Leadership
• Review of Learning Outcomes
• Expectations of Participation
• Explanation of the theme: Explore, Engage and Evolve (video)
• Connection between CORE VALUES and Leadership
• Exploration of Core Values (assessment) and Discussion
